1. Press the Q13 power button, then securely insert the jumper cable. Confirm that the blue indicator light is on.

2. Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal and the black clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. Wait until the jumper cable indicator shows a green light, confirming that the connection is ready.
